Claret Stat: Colin was given his debut early in Chris Waddles reign as Burnley  manager, when he came off the bench in the 1-4 defeat against Grimsby Town. It wasn't until Stan Ternent took over as manager that Colin got another taste of the first team when Stan gave him his first start against York City at Turf Moor in August 1998.

Colin Carr -Lawton was loaned out to Howard Kendal's  Greek out fit Ethinikos but soon returned home, he was released by Stan Ternent at the end of 1999 where he went onto Berwick Rangers and Whitby.
